Wedding Video

At some point during the wedding process, many brides tend to ask themselves if a wedding video is really necessary. After all, they’ve hired their photographer and only have a modest budget, a family member has agreed to film their wedding at no charge with her handy Sony video camera and hiring a professional is just one more thing to add to your to-do list. You wonder how important a wedding videographer is and if you can still have your picture perfect wedding day without one.

Then you remember a little story your friend told you. She hired her trusting, never-late-to-a-party girlfriend who promised to film a beautiful wedding video for you and at no charge. The problem was, on her way to the wedding (the one she said she would not be late for) her car’s front tire blew out, she dropped the camera as the bride walked down the aisle and by the time of the reception, she was filming friends of the groom while she should have been filming the bride giving her gratitude speeches. Watching her unedited video, your friend wondered if having a professional wedding videographer was the smarter choice, but since she didn’t she had only her memory to rely on for the events of her big day. You ask her what happened next.

Time passed and she stayed happily married, with children, grandchildren and holidays with joy and happiness and laughter. As those moments pass of their life together she make sure to hire a professional for the births, the reunions, the graduation parties and the anniversary celebrations because she never again wanted to forget a moment. This is when you decide for yourself that you want the toasts, the first dances and the first looks of joy during the reunions captured in a live moment and all done by a professional. What an opportunity to be able to put on your wedding video in your DVD player, press play and watch the more treasured moments of your life play out like a movie. What an opportunity and tribute to you, your husband and the life you’ve built together.

Why should you hire a wedding videographer to create your own wedding video? Because, on your wedding day you deserve to remember every kiss on the cheek, every congratulations that was said, every dance, every vow, and every moment that passed by. With a professional wedding video you don’t have to worry about holding onto any moment because to get it back, just hit play.

Wedding Videography

While wedding videography is still considered a luxury, it’s also a necessity according to today’s modern bride. Around the world couples are getting married to those they love. But, unlike a marriage, the smaller moments of your wedding day are not always everlasting. We forget what exchanging our vows felt like, or how beautiful the bride looked walking down the aisle. Life moves quickly as family, careers and to do lists grow, so much that you can easily forget the small details of your wedding day from years before. We can’t help it. Time escapes us, and we strive to get back our wedding day and the moments that filled it up, where time has gone and how it all went so fast. This is the single number reason wedding videography is on the rise and why DC Media of Irish Wedding Films will be your first choice for your wedding videography needs.

DC Media has taken the work out of your hands, into theirs and with the end result being a beautifully constructed and edited wedding video that you can replay whenever you wish. What’s the most important aspect of your wedding? Do you want to remember the look on your bridesmaid’s faces as you step out in your gown for the first time for them to see? Do you want to see your fiancé laughing and talking to his best man? Do you want to replay the tears of congratulations and happiness as you leave the reception and say goodbye to your guests?

Every bride wants to remember the moments of her wedding day, especially after they pass. As we approach the end of 2010, many of us feel the pressure and stress of working and living at a super fast speed, so much that it’s a challenge to savor and enjoy the moments of our life while they’re present. This is the reason for hiring DC Media, because wedding videography is your gift to yourself to remember your wedding for all it was worth. Wedding Videography: Where Memories Hit the Lens

There are wedding day video takers. Then there is wedding videography. The difference is simple- one just gets the job done, and one takes a beautiful moment and captures it in all of its brilliant color. One is function and one is form. There are many times when function is the option that you should go with, on your wedding day, it should always be form over function.

There are other comparisons to consider when hiring a wedding videography company as well. Things like experience over existence, expertise over squeaking by, an eye for detail over point and shoot theory. The right person is the one that will give you the DVD version of your wedding day that will make you the happiest that you possibly can be. Don’t think that you are being too fussy; you have every right to ensure every detail of your special day is as you have always dreamed of it being.

First, experience over existence: just because a company manages to limp along in the same general area for year after year, does not make them good at what they are doing. There is a restaurant on the corner, always bad reviews, no one recommends the place and yet it manages to stay afloat as if by magic. The same can be said for wedding videography companies. They may not be the best, but manage to remain open by sheer will.

Expertise over squeaking by: Again, make sure that there is actually good reviews for the company that you are looking to hire rather than them just edging out the competition by lower price or offering coupons or discounts. Do you really want to save a little money if it means giving up quality?

Finally, the eye for detail over point and shoot: Some of the new camera types are advertised as so easy that a child could operate them! While that may be true, and perfectly fine for a family get together or other event, for your wedding day you want the wedding videography to be done correctly and well.

Wedding videographer

The perfect wedding is what every bride dreams of.  Man and woman meet, fall in love and begin the wedding process. Then the moment arises that the bride has really been waiting for: the planning of each tiny but significant wedding detail.  She finds the perfect cake; she tries on the dress, and picks out the groom’s ring, the band, the reception hall. She remembers it all, including the most important detail of all: the wedding videographer.

The wedding day comes and goes even faster than the couple is told it will go so they try to grasp onto every moment not to forget a second of it. She wants to remember the satin one of kind gown, the best man’s toast, and even when the groom nervously drops her wedding ring on the ground before he slips it on his bride’s finger.  Luckily, Irish Wedding Videos of DC Media, Ireland’s leading wedding videographer is filming every second.   When she’s dancing with the flower girls, listening to her husband laugh about old times with his groomsmen and sharing that first bite of cake as husband and wife, the videographer was behind her, in front of her and to the side of her, discreetly recording every moment. After the day has passed, they work diligently to make certain her wedding video is edited, composed and reconfigured to exceed the highest of expectations. They expect nothing less and will prove it with a well polished DVD.  Prompt and efficient as well, the wedding videographer presents you with your finished product, a compilation of your most cherished wedding moments.

The videographer stays hidden in the backdrop throughout the entire wedding day. When she’s preoccupied with the details of the wedding dress and when to start walking down the aisle, DC Media is one step ahead of her, covering her every move. They’re professional and artistic while never missing a beat. They see what she cannot: the groom’s facial expressions while he waits for her entrance down the aisle; the officiate preparing his final thoughts; the guests whispering in anticipation for the bride’s arrival. She knows there has never been a more perfect day to catch on film than today.

Since the videographer plays such a crucial role on your wedding day, why wouldn’t you get only the best? Why would you settle for anything less than Irish Wedding Videos of DC Media? As Ireland’s leading wedding videographer, DC Media guarantees your complete satisfaction and produces a thoroughly edited, artistic and professional DVD.  Specializing in weddings, DC Media promises to create a one of a kind gift that allows you to watch your wedding day time and time again.  By going to their website at www.dcmedia.ie you can see for yourself by accessing video samples, details on various wedding packages and testimonials from past clients.  Whether you are the bride herself or attending as a guest, there is no better gift to give than a wedding DVD that keeps on giving.
